I have used this product for over a year now. I am African American with natural 4b/4c hair. I have never had any issues with this product until recently. The shampoo does not lather as well as it used to. I have to use more product to get the same amount of lather and it doesn’t feel as if it’s cleaning my scalp as well. The conditioner is also not as moisturizing as it was in the past. It leaves my hair feeling dry and stripped. I don’t know if they changed the formula or what happened but I’m very disappointed. I may have to find a new shampoo and conditioner
